We do not provide property sales or letting services, which enables us to concentrate fully on managing your property. The Company was first established in 2003 and has fully embraced the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act of 2002, keeping abreast with ever changing legislation. The Company Director George Okines AIRPM, has 38 years experience in Project Management within the refurbishment sector of the construction industry.
