About the Business
I'm Graham Baldwin and I'm General M, specialising in property maintenance and property management. I'm based in Reading and work throughout Berkshire and the surrounding areas. I set up the business over ten years ago, to be able to support the local community by offering a wide range of services that people could rely on. So what kinds of jobs do I cover then? Property maintenance means I have to cover many areas, so I wear several different hats on a daily basis. It stands to reason that if you can use one person to carry out several jobs within the home, instead of many different trades, then this can cut down the costs dramatically.
I offer a regular garden maintenance service should you have the need throughout the year and also one off garden makeovers. I provide a fully "scam free" quoting system, which I would be happy to explain to you at our first meeting together. There is no pressure selling and no obligation; just honest local advice.
