PMA in our long association has given best advice and a level of service with the highest standards in customer care for both landlord and tenants alike. As landlords, it is reassuring to know that tenants have been interviewed and assessed for ability to pay, responsibility and character. The rental of our property has always been as stress free as possible and dealt with in a professional way by people who really do care.
Based in the ancient market town of Helston in West Cornwall PMA is dedicated entirely to the business of property management and the letting of residential properties on a long term basis. We do not diversify in any way. PMA was established in 1990 and so has considerable experience in this field. The agency continues to be run on a day-to-day basis by its founding principal, Angela Hodge. The objectives of the agency include providing a professional and personal service to Landlords and Tenants alike.
