About the Business
We are a small, independently owned lettings and property management business. Our experience of the lettings process is first hand - we've personally experienced both the pleasure and the pitfalls of residential lettings whilst managing our privately owned portfolio of residential and commercial properties. We understand what Landlords need - honesty, integrity and a swift, straight forward approach to problem solving. As one of the few companies that specialise solely in residential lettings and property management (unlike many estate agents who know run alongside their lettings department), we are dedicated to assisting you in the lettings process.
We do not operate from a high street 'shop'. Having a high street presence is hugely expensive & with the massive rise in consumer use of the internet and property portals such as Rightmove and Property Finder means that it is no longer a necessity to have a high street presence in terms of business location.
