The first step to successful property management is to recognise that in each development we have two distinct 'client groups' - the Developer, Freeholder or Residents' Management Company who appoint us and the Residents who will have first hand experience of our ability to provide an exemplary service.
This is not to say that their needs are mutually exclusive, far from it in fact. By maintaining the development to the highest possible standards, Hazelvine maximise the resident's everyday enjoyment of their homes and the value of their investment, while enhancing the reputation of the developer.
