Celebrating our 6th year in 2013 we are a successful Residential Sales, Letting and Management Company, owned and run by Marilla Garland, a well known agent in the Cambridge area. Our commitment is to provide a service to our clients in a sound, personal and professional manner.
Looking after a portfolio of almost 320 properties ranging from studio apartments to substantial family houses we have many years of experience in the Cambridge market and surrounding villages. We also have extremely good knowledge of the student market and look after a number of shared houses occupied by both students and professionals, particularly in Cambridge City Centre.
