We are a small Cornwall based partnership and have had over 25 years experience of managing small residential blocks of flats and individual residential properties. We fully appreciate that, generally, the purpose of moving into a flat relieves the burden and worry of maintenance and this is one of our many objectives.
We have managed properties large and small in, Kent, London, Devon and Cornwall and are an appointed management agent for properties assigned to us from Cornwall Housing Ltd. We are members of the Deposit Protection Service.
We specialise in assisting RMC ( Resident Management Company) properties and we work with the residents’ company to assist with the many sectors of property management.
Our service is available 7 days a week which gives our clients peace of mind so that they have someone to contact in the case of emergency eg water leaks, power failure etc.

Myself and my wife have been tenants in the block for many years and we have found Peter to be most efficient and professional in the way he manages the flats. He attends promptly to any problems which occur and sets our concerns at rest with regards to problems with our flat.
I have been a tenant for many years and also worked with Peter when he took over the company when it was insolvent.in 1998. He worked endlessly to turn the business round and within 6 years the company was solvent. Peter works most professionally and took great care in ensuring the flats and common areas are kept to a high standard including the safety measures. He managed the finances and has kept the annual service charges lower than in similar blocks of flats. He handles any queries and problems that arise from the flat owners in a courteous and caring manner and nothing is too much trouble. His sense of humour, at times, helps him and those around him to solve problems.
