Our property (rented) got sold and my property box took over. The first visit from them we met Lewis who was great, took photos and we informed him of a few problems. We got a phone call the same day to inform us that he was dealing with the issue straight away. That was a Friday and by Monday lunch it was all sorted. Lewis has been amazing and after being unsure of a new company taking over, he has totally put our minds at rest and we now have faith in him and the team. I can't speak anymore highly of him. Thank you Lewis and keep up the fab work.... 5* all the way.
After using multiple letting agents within the Darlington area I can honestly say My Property Box was the best. I was very surprised to have such a smooth process from the beginning as a tenant! As a home owner now I currently use my property box to manage the letting side of my second home which is now hassle free! I would have no obligation to recommend My Property Box and the team! These guys (and girls) are super! Well done!

Richmond, North YorkshireI was a long-term tenant, and the property management was taken over by Property Box and a new landlord. No due process. On leaving the property I found the agent fabricated unsubstantiated claims against my bond. Very poor... would recommend you stay away. Luckily the bond retention scheme awarded the return of my bond back to the tenant.
From a landlord perspective, they failed to advise due process and stay ethical. Not recommended.
