Peverel & Property Management

OM Property Management is one of the UK's leading managing agents. We manage over 1,800 privately owned residential developments in England & Wales on behalf of our residential customers. Our biggest priority is to deliver great customer service. To meet those promises, our entire focus is on making service improvements and continuing to invest in technology, at no extra cost to our customers, especially for our online services. OM Online gives our residential customers (whether they own their property or are a short term tenant) access to the right information on the management of their home, such as development news, property manager site inspection reports, accounts and service charge details. Our award-winning online maintenance tracking system allows residents to rate the performance of any work carried out on their development. Paying service charges online is safe, secure and convenient. We also offer a paperless billing and account information service.
