We are a building with 6 flats. 2 flats are one bedroom and the other 4 are two bedrooms. Plus communal garden. The building has always been run by one of the flat owners. However, I'd like to get a quote from you for the management of the building. As this is a very small building there is no much to do. Can you please advice on this.
