I own the leasehold on Flat 2 within this block of 4 flats and recently the freeholder has transferred the freehold jointly into the possession of the 4 individual leaseholders. Flat 1 is owned and rented out to tenants, I own Flat 2 and rent it out to tenants, Flats 3 & 4 are owned and occupied by their respective owners. We are looking for a company to manage the freehold jointly on our behalf, arrange building insurance, arrange and supervise repairs to the communal areas, keep us appraised of an legal liabilities, etc. Could you please advise if this is within our scope and if so also provide a quotation for providing the necessary service Thank you Regards, Andrew Ball
