We are looking to speak confidentially with smaller local lettings and property management businesses who may, now or in the future, be thinking about succession, workload, compliance pressure, retirement, or the longer-term home for their managed portfolio. This is not a broker-style approach. We are independently owned ourselves and are specifically interested in well-established local businesses, including smaller managed books that may not be formally for sale. We already have the systems, staff and infrastructure in place to support additional managed properties, and for the right business or portfolio we can take a flexible view on value. Importantly, we understand that every business has its own way of operating, and that not everything needs to be perfect for a conversation to be worthwhile.
