About the Business
I am Agnes Rice and have lived in Cornwall for more than 35 years. My experience and dedication to the letting industry for 15 years is an attribute that can only be obtained through time, commitment and hard work. I have increasingly succeeded in growing and developing the lettings industry in the area and built great relationships with clients based on trust and transparency. This has given me immense job satisfaction and knowledge over the years. As a result, I now want to offer a fresh, new approach which means no shop front, no big salaries and no big overheads therefore reducing our costs and passing that saving onto the landlord.
I am Amanda Notman and grew up in Torpoint so know this corner of the world like the back of my hand and feel very passionate about the area where I still live with my family. Having worked in estate agency for the last 14 years, I have a huge wealth of experience in the local property market.
