Apex Property Factor's team of dedicated professionals have vast experience managing properties from tenements to new-build estates and modern conversions throughout Scotland's central belt and west coast. Acting on behalf of the co-owners, we carry out owner's instructions in maintaining and repairing the common areas of the property or development and also make recommendations to owners on management issues. Apex Property Factor is a registered factor in Scotland.
As such, Apex is bound to the recent Code of Conduct laws legislated by the Scottish Government. These new requirements are part of the Property Factors (Scotland) Act 2011, a law passed last year by the Scottish Parliament. The new legislation will now allow owners access to information that will enable them to compare the quality of service provided by Property Factors based in Scotland.
