About the Business
BLML is the management company for the building, and deals with issues specific to Bankside Lofts. There is a separate organisation, called BROAD (Bankside Residents for Appropriate Development), that was founded more than 10 years ago to deal with planning issues for the local community. The next big development coming to our local area is the proposed redevelopment of Samson House. BROAD is in touch with the developers and residents' groups in other local buildings; there will be a local meeting on this development on Tuesday 25th September from 3pm-8pm at The Community Space, 18 Great Guildford Street, London, SE1 0FD.
