Bristol, South West EnglandMy daughter moved in to this flat in September and we are extremely unimpressed with the service, especially given the exorbitant rent price. The main two complaints are 1) furniture is poor, especially bedroom cupboards and wardrobes with broken and ill-fitting doors and drawers. Residents have lodged complaints and have asked for repairs but the landlord/management company have prevaricated and not responded in a timely manner. 2) It turns out that this property has two separate electricity meters. So whilst the residents are negotiating and end of contract with Housr (who by the way are to be avoided at all costs because they are overcharging students) it appears that they still have to pay EDF for electricity supplied via a separate meter.
