About the Business
Castleridge Properties was established in 1986 as a specialist letting and property management company and is based on Lower Crescent in the university area South Belfast. Unlike many of other agents, Castleridge Properties does not sell properties but have chosen to focus solely on the property rental market. This focus, coupled with the experience of our team, allows us to deliver a professional and comprehensive service to our all landlords and tenants alike. Naturally, given our location, a significant proportion of our rental portfolio is targeted towards the local student population and, as such, we have considerable expertise in dealing with the complex Houses of Multiple Occupation regulations (HMO's). This isn't however our only market and we do rent and manage all types of property, from apartments to exclusive detached villas throughout the Greater Belfast area and beyond.
