Minimum 4 times and counting they have ''cleaned" shared hallway and left the doors open to the property, rendering mail and everything else unsafe, as well as opportune strangers to make women feel unsafe. They do not communicate back and do not resolve anything. Probably made it reoccur more times out if spite ir neglect.
