About the Business
Sue established The Home Management Company in 1986 in Bushey with the aim of providing the best possible property rentals service to both landlords and tenants in what has to be one of the most challenging of 'People Businesses'. Sue was President of ARLA (Association of Residential Lettings Agents) from 2010-2011, and accepted for Honoured Fellowship of the College of Fellows in June 2012.
Paul has worked as Home Management's dedicated Property Manager for 24 years. His focus is to carry out regular property inspections on our managed portfolio in the Bushey, Oxhey, Watford and surrounding areas and ensure that all safety checks are kept up to date. His maintenance skills save landlords needless expense and unnecessary call-outs. Paul researches problems thoroughly - obtaining quotes, arranging works, liaising with landlords and a long-standing team of contractors. Paul also project manages refurbishment works for landlords.
