We've been managing properties in north London, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire areas for over 30 years and have many clients who are happy to testify to the quality of our service. Dealing mainly with residential properties, our portfolio is varied and includes a mixture of high-profile buildings in prime locations, together with new-build flats, mansion blocks and private estates. Many of our buildings have their own staff on site and we work closely with them to ensure that a high level of service is provided. Each property we manage is looked after by a property manager, an assistant and a client accountant so you should always be able to speak with someone who knows about your development. Our approach is simple: a personal service from a locally based office whose staff know your area and use contractors who don't have to travel miles to maintain your building. It works, it really does!
