Our management portfolio ranges from corner shops to industrial estates, office buildings and neighbourhood shopping centres, with a client base including substantial property companies and institutions as well as small businesses and private individuals. Starkeys provide valuations for a wide variety of purposes and we advise and negotiate on behalf of both landlords and tenants in rent review and lease renewal procedures. Healthcare is a further area of expertise and in addition to Health Authorities and Trusts, we advise a number of doctors' practices on both existing health centres and the aquisition of new premises.
