I've just acquired a commercial property at 135 Queen Street Withernsea HU19 2DJ. Now Ground floor is operating as Mccoll's Convenience Store. The upper floor is a residential flat. As a landlord, I want to enter into a 3 years contract starting from Dec 2021 with a company that can do the following as per policy requirements:

1. Conduct a building condition check monthly.
2. The weatherproofing of all areas of flat roofing be inspected annually by a qualified builder.

A record of each inspection be retained, if defects or damage is found, get quotes for the rectification work without delay.

Any contractors carrying out work must carry £ 2m public liability cover as a minimum and must retain a copy of the contractor’s insurance policy schedule.
