About the Business
Austin Rees is an independant, professional, residential block management company, based in Hove. Our portfolio of managed properties includes landmark buildings across Sussex, London and the Southeast. Every property we manage has a dedicated property manager who handles the day-to-day issues of the building and also normally manages external service contractors such as cleaners and gardeners. They are also able to call on the professional services of our sister company of chartered building surveyors; Overill Associates.
Our property managers work in two teams; one managing larger blocks and the other focussed on smaller blocks and converted buildings. This means that there is always someone from the team available to provide support, even during holidays and sickness. We are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA).
