About the Business
FSPM has been established by Robert Fowler and Keith Spenceley, its two directors. Both have considerable experience within the property industry, having previously held senior positions within one of the UK's largest and most successful providers of property management and related services.
Robert Fowler is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) Fellow of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (FARLA) and holds a degree in Building Surveying. Having started his career working with a regional developer and freehold commercial property owner, Robert moved to property management in 1997.
