The business was set up in 1995 and is a Limited Company, Gillian being a director qualified in Estate Management. The business also has an Engineer Surveyor and a trainee Building Surveyor along with administration staff, specialist sub-contractors are used as required. As well as Facilities Management Glen Property Management has experience in construction, development, refurbishments, planning applications and related issues. Gillian McConnell managed the property portfolio of Civil Estate throughout Northern Ireland on behalf of HM Revenue and Customs.
