The next step is to advertise the property. Besides advertising on our own files we also advertise through various Internet sites such as Rightmove, Citylets, S1 Homes and Lettingweb.

Issues do sometimes arise, however, you can feel rest assured that we have a wide variety of tradesmen to sort out any problems. We will simply give you a call with a quotation for the job, or, if you prefer, you are free to use your own tradesmen.
