Parkwood Management

Parkwood Management Company is a professional, friendly firm, established in 1987. It is our aim to offer a personal, approachable service to our clients and we specialise in working for Residents Associations. Property management is our core service we do not offer estate agency or lettings services in addition.

Properties under our management comprise of a variety of buildings from older mansion-type properties all the way through to more modern developments and are mainly in the North London area. Properties are inspected regularly and we make every effort to tailor our services to manage these in accordance with the individual requirements of the residents and Directors on each site.

We treat all properties under our management as individuals and understand the value of building long-lasting relationships with both Directors and residents. A large number of our clients have been with us for many years and we value their commitment to us.
