Gallant Richardson Lettings is a well established business, specialising in all aspects of residential lettings and property management in Colchester and North Essex. In the event of non-payment from the tenant, we pay the rent fourteen days after the due date. We are licensed members of ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents), which requires us to abide by a strict code of conduct and more importantly, provides our North Essex landlords and tenants with protection from any misappropriation of money held by us on their behalf.
