We complete a lease audit and full financial audit on instruction and provide you with a detailed report following the handover from the previous managing agent. Following this, the client gets issued with quarterly financial reports for full transparency – showing you exactly how your money has been spent. Metta Property Management was founded by Award Winning Property Manager, Abby Brealey MIRPM AssocRICS – with a driving force to change the industry – for the better. Abby has previously worked in a senior role at another managing agent before starting her own company, where she oversaw the management of circa 8000 leaseholds. She is a Member of the Institute of Residential Property Management and an Associate of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has experience of large and complex new builds as well as managing existing properties. She is a passionate individual that understands the importance of leaseholder engagement and guarantees effective communication with all stakeholders.
