We are a well established, independent company with a town centre office specialising in both residential property Sales and Lettings. We cover the whole of Cornwall with a reputation as a friendly and dedicated local agent. Our rental department has been successfully operating for over 12 years and has managed in excess of 4,000 Tenancies. Our Sales department has recently opened and is lead by James Carter who has over 23 years’ experience of dealing with property sales in Cornwall.

Our fees are extremely competitive and we pride ourselves on our unique balance of friendliness and professionalism, we're easy to talk to and will give a first rate service to all of our Clients. Our Full Management Lettings service is available to Landlords at just 9% plus VAT. We are also very keen to keep our Tenant fees low which is detailed on our Tenants page.

Our property sales department runs alongside our established lettings business and aims to offer the same high levels of service that our Landlords and Tenants currently enjoy. The sales department is lead by James Carter who has over 23 years experience within Estate Agency. For over 16 years, James has managed successful Estate Agency offices in Falmouth and Mawnan Smith.

During this time, James has dealt with residential property sales and the sale of new homes for large national developers throughout the Falmouth, Penryn, Mawnan Smith and Helston areas. James has also previously worked within the Truro area for 7 years and therefore brings a wealth of experience to the role. The main aim of the sales department is to offer a comprehensive, professional service that offers property owners complete peace of mind.

The sales department also wants owners to feel that their needs are at the forefront of what we do, after all we are handling probably the most valuable asset that most people own. James welcomes the opportunity to discuss the needs of all clients on an individual basis. The department offers a free valuation service, very competitive sales fees and a service that can be built around an owners individual circumstances.

We are also pleased to offer an extremely competitive sales fee of 1% for sole agency (plus vat) and multiple agency fees from 1.5% (plus vat).
